Official Union County criminal records come from the agency that created or maintains them. The sheriff handles local law-enforcement reports and registration matters, court clerks provide case files, and New Mexico DPS manages subject-authorized statewide histories. This privately operated reference site cannot retrieve, change, certify, or accept a filing for any of those records. Use the contacts below to reach the correct government office.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve an official criminal history, correct a record, conduct an official check, or accept an expungement filing. Contact the government custodian for those services.
